The winged being above does its soulwork on the body below, the upper lower theme
we have seen before. Here the mechanism of the incarnation is through the dream. |
The tree is a universal symbol of creation, and thus of the soul incarnation process.
Note the anchor attached to the tree. Does the body anchor the soul? |

Here the energetic effect almost forms itself into a giant being. |
The electric soul, within the body, imaged as the universal symbol of the snake spiraling
up the staff of life, suggesting kundalini, or a primal life force. |

An all-encompassing electric soul, containing the universe, and a love basked of
people eggs. |
This artistic and whimsical drawing shows the soul as an "above" being
that touches the person's head, seemingly inspiring it. The soul can fly while the body is earthbound. |

The soul as an energy field around the person with some "extra-terrestrial"
thought forms that help create the person. |
The soul as an extraordinary being, expressing universal truths (the Yin Yang symbol)
and echoing the mandala theme. |

The celestial soul force "trying to connect" with the person, who is conceived
in layers, from outer shell, to body, with "inner child" at the core. |
The Sun God soul that shines on the trees and the person alike. The person's grows
from the earth up, much like the tree, grown and lifted by the sun. |

Suzanne writes, "...the sense of flowing energy has the shape of wings as it
spills into an arc... maybe this is where the idea of angel wings comes from..." The intelligent patterns
evident in the energetic field takes on the character of a being, an aware, knowing, active being. |
The soul is seen in terms of universal symbols: the tree of life rooted in the mandala
(God in manifestation). A complex soul vision that shows its roots in earth experience, a heavenly dimension (the
birds), and the sense of growth (trees) centered in the Self-Actualization process (the mandala). |

"Soul: Interconnectedness, Love, Growth" is the caption included with this
drawing. An electrical field in a mandala pattern suggesting patterned activity. |
An electrical field surrounds the person and seems to be originating as a fountain
from within the center of the person. |

The colorful, twirling, life-force soul, that suggests also a musical dimension to
the creative force of the soul. |
In the third eye areas are two examples of soul types we've seen: the mandala flower
and the "higher order being," in this case a woman graced in dancing. |

A tree again. The mandala web that seems to broadcast electrically manifesting the
trees as a result. The soul "broadcasts" the person. |
Within an eye rests a "dragon," suggesting an interesting combination of
primal energy and awareness. The iris--a mandala pattern--has within it a spiral, suggesting infinity. |
The Spiritual Imagination of Soul
The vigor of these drawings suggest that the imagination of the soul is powerful,
real and compelling. In some cases, artistic abilities enable more dramatic expressions; on the other hand, even
those expressed in primitive terms reveal powerful images. All in all, it would seem that those who contributed
to this effort were sharing something that was experienced in a real and vital manner.
It is very likely, although not conclusive at this time, that an analysis of a
large number of these drawings would yield ideas about the existence of universals with regard to how the non-material
aspect of a human is imagined. Searching for what lies behind these images, what causes them, or their source,
would certainly be an adventure into "deep waters," or celestial heights. It would seem at this time
that it is sufficient to enjoy the drawings, noticing how you may resonate with the intimations suggested.
We are certainly hoping that more of our readers will take the time to allow the
imagination to reveal the soul's self-image and, perhaps, to record this revelation and send it to us.
