Commentaries on Learning Medical Intuition Online Editorial Comment by Henry Reed Karyn Greenstreet is a leader in the field of providing online learning opportunities in the field of intuition development. Now she is exploring the online education of medical intuition, one of the fasted growing areas of applied intuition. Edgar Cayce is perhaps the most widely influential medical intuitive, yet few people are aware that his work followed in the footsteps of a tradition that has its roots in hypnosis as demonstrated to the public in nineteenth century America. A still deeper root is within shamanism, whose practitioners used "soul retrieval" to explore the patient's illness, its cause and alleviation. As medical intuition grows in popularity and respect, what are the implications of teaching it online? We can take a cue from medicine itself: to take an extreme example, consider doctors working in their home offices using computer and video hookups to direct a robot in conducting an operation on a patient lying in some distant location. We can take a cue from the use of the internet from metaphysical groups: as one example, prayer groups organized on discussion groups. If we hookup electronically to learn to diagnose illness intuitively, if we hookup electronically to collaborate to lend intuitive, energetic prayer healing support to one another, might these online efforts spark a healing initiative aimed at our inter-connected being?
