Hello fellow seekers.  My name is Kevin Fulford and I am member of the Association for Research and Enlightenment, and a student with Atlantic University.  I have started a blog as part of my culminating project with Atlantic University.

I have found that the key to my life is maintaining balance and being spiritually centered.

Having emerged to where I am today on the positive side of life experiences including an alcoholic father, a brother who committed suicide, dysfunctional family relationships, strict religious dogma and my personal struggles with alcoholism and depression, I believe that some of the lessons I have learned would hopefully benefit others if shared through a blog.

Some topics and life experiences I will share will include those mentioned above as well as discussions related to spiritual emergence, spirituality vs. religion, acceptance, expectations, fear, forgiveness, gratitude, humility, karma, motives, and self talk, just to name a few.  Additionally, there will be posts on topics related to psychic readings, the afterlife, positive and negative energy, the law of attraction as well as many others.
