Atlantic University Appoints New Scholar in Residence
The Executive Director and CEO of the Edgar Cayce work, Kevin Todeschi, announced today that, due to the generosity of Don de Laski and the de Laski Family Foundation, Atlantic University (AU) has appointed Carlos Alvarado as Scholar in Residence. He will be responsible for academic research, grant proposals, and online outreach into Latin America. The couple will also pursue the creation of an online master’s degree in parapsychology for the university.
Carlos and his wife Nancy Zingrone (who has been appointed Director of Academic Affairs) have Ph.D.’s in psychology from the University of Edinburgh, and both have extensive research and teaching experience with the University of Virginia, the Foundation for Research on the Nature of Man (now Rhine Research Center), and the Parapsychological Foundation. In addition to their new roles at Atlantic University both Zingrone and Alvarado will join the university’s faculty, focusing on online education.
